Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how customers and users may access and use Anuclei's platform, services, and related data (“Services”) under their agreement with Anuclei, Inc. (“Company”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the applicable Master Services Agreement.
By accessing or using the Services, Customer agrees to comply with this AUP and to ensure that its users do the same.
Prohibited Activities
Customers and their users must not, and must not permit third parties to:
- Reverse Engineering. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, model weights, underlying architecture, or proprietary methods of the Services or any associated AI models, agents, or software.
- Unauthorized Access or Distribution. Transfer, sublicense, resell, or provide access to the Services or any Company Data to third parties without prior written consent from Company.
- Competing Use. Use the Services, or insights derived from them, to build, train, or improve a product or service that directly competes with Anuclei or the Services.
- Unlawful or Harmful Activity. Use AI agents or the platform to conduct, facilitate, or automate activities that violate applicable laws or regulations, including unauthorized data collection, fraud, harassment, defamation, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that causes harm to individuals or systems.
- Prohibited Content Generation. Direct agents to generate, distribute, or act upon content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to incite violence or hatred.
- AI Safety Circumvention. Attempt to circumvent, override, or disable safety controls, content filters, rate limits, access controls, or other safeguards built into the Services or underlying AI systems.
- Unauthorized Automated Extraction. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to extract data from the Services at scale without Company's express written consent.
- System Integrity. Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material into the Services; interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or any underlying infrastructure; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
- Re-identification. Attempt to identify individuals from de-identified or aggregated data, or combine Company Data with other data sources in ways that could identify individuals without authorization.
- Competitive Benchmarking for Public Disclosure. Use the Services to conduct benchmarking, performance testing, or comparative analyses against competing products for the purpose of public disclosure without Company's prior written consent.
- Proprietary Notice Removal. Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (copyright, trademark, or otherwise) on or within the Services or any materials accessed through the Services.
- Infringing or Privacy-Violating Content. Store, transmit, or process through the Services any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates any person's privacy or data protection rights.
Responsibility for Agent Actions
Customers are responsible for the instructions, data, and tasks they provide to AI agents through the Services, and for the downstream effects of agent actions. Anuclei's platform executes tasks as directed; Customer bears responsibility for ensuring those tasks are lawful, authorized, and consistent with this AUP.
Policy Changes and Enforcement
Company may modify this AUP at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to www.anuclei.com/legal. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services at Company's sole discretion, in addition to any other remedies available under the applicable agreement or applicable law.
