California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Policy

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional information for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
What Personal Information We Collect
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect the following categories of personal information through our website:
- Identifiers (name, email address, company)
- Internet and network activity data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Approximate geolocation data (derived from IP address)
- Professional and employment information (job title, company; applicant history)
- Inferences drawn from the above
Do We “Sell” or “Share” Personal Information?
Anuclei does not sell personal information collected through our website in the traditional sense. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that may collect identifiers and browsing activity through cookies. Depending on how “sharing” is interpreted under the CCPA/CPRA, this analytics activity may qualify. If you would like to opt out of this type of data activity, you may do so using the methods described below.
Your Rights as a California Resident
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We only use sensitive personal information (e.g., government identifiers collected from job applicants) for the purposes specified in CCPA Section 7027(m).

Requests from authorized agents require a copy of a valid power of attorney or signed written authorization from the consumer, plus direct verification from the consumer.
Opt-Out of Analytics Tracking
To opt out of Google Analytics data collection, you may use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may also configure your browser to block third-party cookies or use a browser extension that honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
We Do Not Sell Information of Minors
Anuclei does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with our response to a privacy rights request, you may appeal by sending a written explanation to info@anuclei.com. We will acknowledge your appeal within ten business days and respond in writing within sixty days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency.
