Trust Center

Multisynapse is the trust boundary your agents report into, so it is fair to ask how we govern it. This page explains our commitments on security, privacy, reliability, and responsible AI in plain terms.

NIST AI RMF

Aligned

Our AI governance practices follow the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

SOC 2

Preparing

Readiness work is underway. A security overview and completed questionnaire are available on request.

Security

We protect your data with the same discipline we ask of the agents you run through us.

  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access is denied by default and granted only where a policy allows it.
  • Every action on the platform is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
  • We review all code before it ships and scan our dependencies for known vulnerabilities.

Privacy

Your data is yours. We process it only to deliver the service you signed up for.

  • We never train models on customer data.
  • You control how long your data is kept, and nothing is deleted without a policy you set.
  • We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service, and only for that purpose.
  • A Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

Reliability

Multisynapse sits in the path of your agents, so it has to stay up and stay honest.

  • The platform is hosted on major cloud infrastructure with redundancy built in.
  • Data is backed up regularly and restore procedures are tested.
  • We will notify affected customers promptly if we confirm a security incident.

Responsible AI

We built Multisynapse to make AI governance provable. We hold ourselves to the same bar.

  • Our own compliance posture is measured with the same checks we offer customers.
  • Nothing in the platform can be changed by an agent without a human-controlled gate.

Subprocessors

A current list of the third parties that handle customer data on our behalf, with their locations and purposes, is available on request from security@anuclei.com. Services you connect yourself, such as GitHub or Salesforce, are governed by your own agreements with those providers.

Report a security concern

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@anuclei.com. We take every report seriously and will not pursue good-faith researchers.
